Personal information on Clients is collected from agreements, transactions, meetings, telephone conversations, or other forms that are submitted to us.

Unless the Client otherwise advises, by providing personal information the Client has consented to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as provided herein. Personal information in addition to allowing us to give Clients the best possible service also allows us to establish a Client's identity, protect us from errors or fraud and comply with the law.

Disclosure of Client's personal information may be made to third parties/regulatory authorities, when necessary, and to our affiliates in connection with the services we provide. We will protect Client's private information and to that end restrict access to personal information about them to those employees and other persons who only are required to know the information to enable the associates to provide service(s) to our clients. All employees are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of all personal information they may access.

Client's personal information is maintained at 5353 North Service Rd, Burlington, Ontario or as otherwise directed by us, in a secure facility. Personal information on Clients may be accessed by such Client whose information it is to verify its accuracy. Client's have the right to withdraw their consent to any of the above conditions, collections, uses and/or disclosures being made of their personal information as set forth in applicable documentation. However, for security and other mentioned reasons please note that a Client's ability to utilize services may be impacted should consent be withdrawn to the collection, use, and disclosure of information as outlined above.
