Our mortality tracking system employs the following

1.
Initial input and verification of tracking information. We confirm all entered subject information is valid, updated and accurate as the input information will serve as the basic data which will be used in subsequent reports and additional variable searches to be generated.
2.

Each monitored individual will be analyzed at the requested frequency by the database system. Tracking results will be summarized and provided to the customer requesting our tracking services in the form of a Tracking Status Report (TSR).

3.
Direct database connections are searched with the primary and secondary source information providers.
4.
Resources which may be used to monitor include but are not limited to; internet, governmental databases, internet databases, corporate databases, telephone, and public record information.
5.
Human interaction is provided (phone contact) with either the monitored individual(s) or other informative body as outlined in the tracking option or as requested by the system administrator at our facility. Direct contact is provided mainly to confirm updates to system information or any changes to record information.
6.
Upon notification of death, the system administrator will contact the 'notification contact' to confirm the tracking result.
7.
A death certificate is requested as directed by the Sandor client.

Competitive Advantages

Where most service providers offer only a physical contact (i.e. telephone) with the insured on a limited basis to determine life status, we offer continuous database monitoring with the addition to physical contact thereby increasing both efficiency and accuracy in determining the actual life status of a tracked individual person.
We will contact the subject or their assigns on a limited frequency if an "absolute determination of death" has not been generated by our database systems.
Our fees are known to be substantially less than any other service provider while providing an increased frequency of checks and a minimal error rate.
We offer a unique database system designed to minimize human interaction while maximizing efficiency and accuracy.
Our system is not sold to service providers and is the only system of its kind in the world today.

We employ double and triple redundancy checks to determine system error and/or abnormal result errors. We strive to be error free in all of our operations.

Fees

Our mandate is to maintain competitive pricing for all services. We have established our fees in comparison to the industry and strive to maintain our pricing charges to be less than our competitors. We also offer volume pricing and can custom tailor real time report tracking, data access point interaction and almost any other variable system design to suit a clients requirements.
